Neck Pain
I typically see people with Neck aches and stiffness, headaches, numbness and tingling in the arms, along with sinus and cold issues.
Getting this area adjusted helps releave tension, headaches, brain fog, and even moodiness.
People are able to feel relief after their first adjustment and back to work and school.
Low Back Pain
I will see people with midback pain - pain between their shoulders, tightness of breath, aches from wearing a backpack, working at a computer.
I also see lots of people with low back pain that may have just started or been there for years.
With our adjustments and therapies people are able to feel back to themselves and back to work and school.
Sports Injuries
I see children with sports injuries all the way to our weekend warrior adults.
I work with knee, shoulder, elbow, wrist, neck, back and hip injuries.
With chiropractic care and our therapies we are able to get you back into the game as soon as possible.
Pregnancy
I see women who are pregnant.
Pregnancy shifts the entire body around. Women who get adjusted while pregnant have a happier pregnancy and delivery.
I am trained in Webster’s Technique that allows me to help the mother to have a better position for the pelvis. This allows her and the baby to be more comfortable.
Babies
I see babies as young as two days old.
Many parents bring babies in just to get them checked after delivery.
Delivery can be very hard on a baby and mother.
I also see babies for colic, ear infections, not breastfeeding on both sides, constipation, not turning their head, not sleeping, and so much more.
When I adjust the baby and the baby gets happy so does the mommy!
Services offered
Chiropractic Adjustment
Dr. Raquel uses a gentle approach to her adjustments. She uses an instrument called an Activator. She will have you move in specific ways that helps isolate out the bones so she knows the exact direction it needs to be adjusted that day. She also does some drops and manual adjustments in the pelvis and neck areas as needed.
Orthotics
Your feet are one of your most important assets of your body. You want to keep them healthy and happy. To do this we will take a molding of your feet.
Dr. Raquel will suggest the proper orthotic for your foot and place your order for your own custom foot orthotic.
This is available for ages 6 and above. We also have ones specifically made for runners, golfers, women who wear high heals, and steel toed shoes.
Therapies
Dr. Raquel utilizes several different therapies that help releave muscle pain, spasms and help the body heal faster.

Dr. Raquel will suggest what modality is best based on what your body needs to heal the most efficient way.
ESsential Oils
When you enter our office you will smell the beautiful oils we have in our office. Oils are a wonderful addition to help your body heal from pain maintenance to helping you sleep to helping you have a better day or stress-less day!
Dr. Raquel has classes recorded to teach you on how to use oils. If you ever have questions just ask.
Posture Classes Online
I have pre-recorded 12 weeks of online posture classes. During these 12 weeks it will take you through a series of exercises you do each week and build on as you go.
By the time you are done you have a regular 10-15 minutes daily Posture Exercise program you can do to keep your posture straight and healthy.
Fucntional Medicine (rockyn Health)
Dr. Raquel has a separate business called Rockyn Health, located inside Whole Life Chiropractic.
Dr. Raquel is state certified in Nutritional Counseling plus she has an additional degree in Funcitional Diagnositic Nutrition.
Dr. Raquel knows to completely heal you need to know what is going on inside your body. Today’s medical system treats the symptoms and because of this people are frustrated and want to know the cause.
Dr. Raquel will test and read your labs in a different way that allows her to understand your body better. She will then go over your results and help you gain back your health using her “Inside-Out” Method.
Dr. Raquel specializes in Autoimmune Diseases, Gut Health, and Hormone Health. She has programs for you to follow with the support of group coaching and or private coaching sessions with her.

Thank you for taking the time to be here. I am a native of the Mauston area. I became interested in chiropractic when I was in school. My sports injuries led me to seeing a chiropractor and massage therapist. Which led me to become a massage therapist and chiropractor myself due to the ability to heal and get back into the game with a natural approach.
I love that I get to give back to the area and help you and our local students get back to enjoying life again.
I can not explain how much chiropractic has changed my life. Because when I have aches and pains, or attitude issues, or sicknesses, etc. My first choice is to get adjusted, get my spine in alignment so my brain can self diagnose and treat me the best way it knows how.

How to get Started with Chiropractic Care
Getting started with Chiropractic Care is very simple. There are few things you need to do.
Make an appointment - you can do this by calling us at 608-747-2000. We will schedule you a NEW Patient Exam.
Once you make your appointment you will need to fill out your online paperwork or stop in and pick up your paperwork to complete.
Have all your paperwork completed prior to coming in. Bring all your insurance cards, and your calendar to make any future appointments.
Call your insurance company to verify if you have coverage and ask the questions below in the Insurance section. Thank you!
What will happen at your exam:
Dr. Raquel will go over your health history, do a complete chiropractic, orthopedic and neurologic exam and then she will take the time to explain your results and start your care. Your exam will take about one-hour long.
Insurances:
We accept only a few insurances such as: Medicare, Quartz, Group Health Cooperative - South Central WI, BCBS
To determine if you have coverage with us, please call your insurance. You will need to know some specific things and then you can tell us.

If exams are covered?
If therapies are covered?
And do they cover Maintenance Care or just Medically Necessary.
